1. Services and Estimates

Ready Surface provides mobile dustless blasting and surface preparation services. Any estimates provided via the website are preliminary and subject to on-site verification of the substrate and coating condition.

2. Intellectual Property & Media Rights (The "Video Clause")

Recording of Services: For quality control, safety, training, and marketing purposes, Ready Surface may video record, photograph, or otherwise document the performance of services at the project site.

Ownership of Media: You acknowledge and agree that Ready Surface is the sole owner of all intellectual property rights in any photographs, videos, or audio recordings created during the project (“Project Media”).

Waiver of Rights: By engaging our services, you hereby waive any right to royalties, inspect or approve the finished product, or any other claims regarding the use of Project Media. You grant Ready Surface an irrevocable, world-wide, royalty-free license to use such media for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to social media, website content, and advertising.

3. Limitation of Liability

While dustless blasting is a safer alternative to traditional methods, Ready Surface is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing structural weaknesses, thin or compromised substrates (e.g., rusted-through metal), or undisclosed lead-based paints.

4. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Denton County, Texas.
